General Wholesale Terms

Ship Dates: All orders will be shipped within 5 business days of Purchase Order.

Freight: All pricing is based on F.O.B. San Francisco, California.

Lost or Damaged Shipments: Notification of any missing or damaged shipments must be given to Impax Supply/ Euphoria for Women™ customer service department no later than 5 business days from the date the order is received.

Return of Merchandise: No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization from Company (Impax Supply / Euphoria for Women). All returns must be sent freight pre-paid.

Payment: Pre-payment is required on all orders. On volume orders of 504 + units, a 50% deposit will be accepted at the time the order is placed, with the remainder due upon shipment.
